Baby Bieber?

I am sure that most people reading this have already heard about Justin Bieber being taken to court in a paternity suit.  My mouth dropped open in shock when this story broke!  According to the Montreal Gazette, a 20-year-old girl from California is claiming that the Biebs is the father of her 3-month-old child.  According to the girl, Mariah Yeater, she and Bieber had sex in a backstage bathroom back in October of last year.  She claims that the superstar refused to use a condom.  

Bieber and his lawyers have slammed these accusations and claim they are "malicious and demonstrably false."  Bieber also claims there will be vigorous legal action taken in this case.  Bieber denies any involvement.

I will keep updating as the story unfolds.  However, now I must voice my own personal opinion by simply asking this...am I the only one that deems it odd that these accusations are coming out the day after his Christmas CD release?  The claim was put in by Yeater the day before the CD release.  It all seems suspicious to me...we shall have to wait and see how it unfolds.
